Managing quotes

  1. Quotes option (budgets)
  2. Status of the order (unsent to BC with a star sign or sent to BC with a check sign)
  3. Filter according to the status of the quote.

  1. Unsent quotes to BC can be modified and have the following options in the menu (Modify, Print, Delete, Sign, Upload to BC, Send e-mail, Last sales)
  2. Sent quotes to BC cannot be modified and therefore have fewer options in the menu (Print, Send e-mail, Last sales)
  3. The print option allows the seller to generate a PDF of the document to be printed locally or sent to the customer.

  1. The signature option allows the customer to acknowledge the acceptance of the quote; the signature is uploaded to BC.
  2. The last sales option allows the seller to review the customer’s historical sales.
  3. The last sales option allows you to drill into a particular product and see the full details of all sales lines for each document and date.
