Download the Android App from the Google Play:
In IM Sales Rep, when launching the Android app for the first time, a window will appear, prompting the user to enter an email address and a brief description.
Filling in the email field with a valid email address is crucial to ensure communication with IMProjects.
Once the “Ok” button is pressed, the app sends a license request to our server. After the license is validated, the Android app can be accessed freely.
If the license is not yet validated, the app cannot be accessed if it is the first time the app is being launched.
If the app has been launched previously but the device is offline, it will enter offline mode using a “12-lives” system. Each subsequent access to the app will reduce one “life” until no more are available; at this point, an internet connection will be required to verify the license and restore access.
